Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Kartoro ("we") for the Kartoro game and kartoro.net. By playing you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. Player names must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate others; we may change names that break this rule.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots, modified apps or exploits, manipulate matches or leagues, leave games on purpose to harm others, or harass players through any feature. We may warn, restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, gems, champions and other items are a limited licence to use inside Kartoro. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred or sold outside the game.
- All purchases are cosmetic. They don't change your chances of winning, your matchmaking or your league.
- What the Shop shows is exactly what you get: every item looks in the game as it does in the Shop, and you can try it on before you buy.
- Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds follow their policies and the law of your country.
- Seasonal or limited-time items are clearly marked with when they are available.
- Club tiers are cosmetic recognition based on verified purchases. They give no gameplay advantage.
The game can change
We update Kartoro to add content, balance rules and fix problems. We may change or remove features, and if we ever stop running the game we'll give reasonable notice in the game.
Our content
Kartoro, its name, logo, characters, art, music and software belong to us. You may share screenshots and videos of your games for non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending your account
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. If we close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, unused virtual items are lost, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We'll post updated Terms here and tell you in the game about important changes. Continuing to play means you accept them.
